Portsmouth Police have located the body of a suspect involved in a stolen vehicle pursuit Monday morning on I-264. According to police, an officer identified a stolen vehicle traveling eastbound on Route 164 toward Route 264 at approximately 6:30 a.m. The officer continued to follow the vehicle, and it subsequently crashed at exit 9 on Waterside Drive.
