As drivers head home after work, icy road conditions are forming in the Panhandle area.
The westbound lanes of Interstate 30 were shut down on Friday afternoon, TxDOT cameras showed. ROCKWALL, Texas — Westbound lanes of Interstate 30 in Royse City, just before Rockwall, were closed Friday morning and early afternoon, TxDOT cameras showed. Traffic was being diverted off the interstate at Erby Campbell Boulevard.
